Aceh Besar, July 6, 2023 - Pesantren Imam Syafi'i has sent a number of caretakers (musyrif) to attend the "Kelas Teladan Batch 30" training organized by the Dormitory Educator Academy (DEA). Dormitory Educator Academy (DEA).
The three-day training commenced on July 4 and concluded on July 6, 2023. The event took place at the complex of the Arun Modern Dayah Foundation for Education, located in Lhokseumawe, Aceh.
During the training, the caretakers were equipped with new knowledge on effective caretaking strategies, personality development, and various other educational aspects relevant to their roles as caretakers.
The head of Pesantren Imam Syafi'i, Ustadz T. Tommy Yanuar satria, S.Pd.I M.Ag, expressed his hopes for this training. He said, "We hope that the caretakers who participate in this training can enhance their abilities in guiding and caring for the students. With the new knowledge and skills they acquire, we believe that the caretakers will be able to provide higher-quality education and have a positive impact on the students." Pesantren Imam Syafi’i, Ustadz T. Tommy Yanuar satria,S .Pd.I M.Ag, mengungkapkan harapannya terhadap pelatihan ini. “Kami berharap para musyrif yang mengikuti pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan mereka dalam membimbing dan mengasuh santri dengan baik. Dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru yang mereka dapatkan, kami yakin para musyrif akan dapat memberikan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas dan memberikan pengaruh positif bagi para santri.”
The training is expected to bring about positive effects for the pesantren, the caretakers, and the students. With enhanced competencies, the caretaking and education at Pesantren Imam Syafi'i will become of higher quality and in line with the demands of the times.
