Imam Syafi'i Islamic Boarding School has once again achieved national recognition. Mursyidan Zhafiri, a 12th-grade student in the Religious Studies program, alongside his two teammates, Dion Rifki from Sabang and Risky Maulidin Akbar from Aceh Besar, made Aceh proud by winning a silver medal at the XXI National Sports Week (PON) ACEH-SUMUT 2024. This achievement was secured in the archery sport under the National Standard category, with a total team score that placed them in second position.
Mursyidan Zhafiri is no stranger to the world of archery. This student has already made a name for himself in various competitions, both at the national and regional levels. Mursyidan's diligence and persistence in honing his skills have produced remarkable results, not only for himself but also for Imam Syafi'i Islamic Boarding School and the entire Aceh community.
