Pesantren Imam Shafi'i, August 7, 2023 - Acehnese students pursuing education across various universities in Saudi Arabia and the Diaspora organized a scholarship awareness event from universities in the country. The event took place at the Pesantren Imam Shafi'i Mosque, commencing at 14:00 WIB.
Attended by students of Pesantren Imam Shafi'i and neighboring institutions, participants exhibited strong enthusiasm for engaging in the event. Several speakers participating in the event were alumni of Pesantren Imam Shafi'i currently pursuing education in Saudi Arabia.
The content presented during the scholarship awareness event encompassed diverse subjects, such as the benefits of studying in Saudi Arabia, the list of universities providing scholarships for foreign students, the application process, and the academic tenure there. Attendees gained valuable insights into educational opportunities in Saudi Arabia and ways to access these scholarships.
Additionally, the event received sponsorship from PPMI (Indonesian Student Association) Saudi Arabia and IMAM (Acehnese Students Association in Madinah). The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to seek further clarification. Through concise and formal explanations, this awareness event offered a useful guide for students interested in continuing their education in Saudi Arabia.
